The Delaware Business Times has announced the honorees for its fourth annual CEO of the Year awards.
This esteemed awards program celebrates the remarkable contributions of Delaware's foremost business leaders across both for-profit and nonprofit domains. Selected by an impartial judging panel, the winners will be feted at a reception and awards ceremony on June 27 at the Christiana Hilton in Newark. Tickets are available here.
Among the honorees is Social Contract managing partner Ronald Berry, recognized as the Small For-Profit CEO of the Year. Ron joined the company in 2017 as a contract administrator and has since risen to co-managing the firm alongside founder Meghan Wallace.
Ron's background has been instrumental in fostering stronger partnerships between Delaware's public and private sectors for Social Contract clients. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the development of the Community Partnership Support Unit within the Delaware Division of Social Services. This unit emerged as a lifeline during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering crucial support such as case management, transportation, and food assistance to displaced individuals.
We're proud to celebrate Ron alongside the other 2024 honorees!
