Alonna Berry
Project ManagerAlonna Berry is a Project Manager for Social Contract, LLC. She is responsible for leading Govenor’s Carney’s Executive Order 24 to make Delaware a Trauma-Informed State, supported through the Family Services Cabinet Council. Berry brings expertise in strategic planning, nonprofit board management, and development to the team. Over her career, she has led organizations big and small, emerging and seasoned, through strategic planning efforts. Additionally, Berry has assisted numerous organizations in aligning their leadership with the needs of the organization through their Board of Directors. Over the past ten years, she has supported the development of and managed multi-million dollar budgets.
Prior to joining Social Contract, Berry has held various roles over her career, primarily in education, as a classroom teacher, with the Delaware Department of Education, Head of Alumni Affairs for Teach For America Delaware, and Interim Executive Director of The Milton Historical Society.
Alonna is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Learning and Innovation from Wilmington University holds a post-graduate certificate from the University of Pennsylvania in virtual online teaching and learning, a graduate degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, and an undergraduate degree Writing and Rhetoric from Syracuse University.
As a native Delawarean, she is devoted to Delaware, serving through nonprofit leadership. Currently, she serves as Chairwoman of The Bryan Allen Stevenson School of Excellence, Vice President for The Delaware Center for Justices, an advisor for the Youth Philanthropy Board of Sussex County, and as a board member of Next Generation South, The Milton Historical Society, The Delaware Historical Society, and Delaware Guidance Services.

Ronald Berry, III
Managing Partner, Chief Operations OfficerRon has over a decade of executive management and tactical operations experience, in both the public and private sectors.
Most recently, Ron served as Managing Director at Fireside Partners Inc., the globally trusted emergency response firm for over 60% of the Fortune 50. In his time there, Fireside Partners saw historic growth, transforming the promising upstart to a global market leader, culminating in the relocation of company
headquarters to a state-of-the-art response campus and being recognized as the State of Delaware Veteran owned business of the year in 2016.
Ron has also managed several complex projects; in the public sector, Ron served as Program Director for a primary initiative of Delaware’s “Race to Top” Foundation award. In this role, he managed the Delaware Talent Cooperative to explosive year-over-year growth and its all-time high in both new educator and new administrator talent acquired, trained, and placed into schools; targeting the most at-risk populations in the state of Delaware.
In his spare time, Ron enjoys days spent at the beach and the baseball field with his Family; wife Kari-lei. and their son Ronald IV, aka “Lil Man”, whom Ron was afforded the opportunity to coach to the 2018 Little League Delaware State Championship (9-10 years old division).

Maggie Deptola
Project ManagerMaggie is a Project Manager whose work focuses on economic mobility, social service design, and capacity-building for nonprofits and social enterprises.
Prior to her role at Social Contract, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Coded by Kids, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit teaching web development, user experience design, and entrepreneurship to K-12 students in PA, NJ, and DE . She has extensive experience in operations, business development, data analysis, and program design.
She earned a BA in International Area Studies with a concentration in International Business and Economics from Drexel University. She also has a certificate in nonprofit management from La Salle University. She is currently a 2nd year Executive MPA student at the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alisia Drew
Project ManagerAlisia Drew is a Project Manager for Social Contract, LLC where she is responsible for coordinating efforts to build the capacity of local stakeholders to reduce community gun violence.
Prior to joining Social Contract, Alisia served as the Program Coordinator for the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence’s Delaware Men’s Education Network where she organized a statewide coalition of community-based organizations, nonprofits, military bases, k-12 institutions, and universities to build their capacity to implement and evaluate community specific strategies to engage boys and men in gender based violence prevention.
Alisia holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and a Master of Arts in Adult and Community Education from IUP. She is in the process of completing a Master of Public Policy from the University of Delaware’s Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration.
Alisia is the Vice President of the Delaware Alliance Against Sexual Violence’s Board of Directors and proud graduate of The Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program.

Danielle Fisher
Project SpecialistDanielle Fisher is a Projects and Operations Specialist at Social Contract. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware in May 2020 with a degree in Human Services. Danielle’s passions include youth and women empowerment, equitable education, and social entrepreneurship. She has experience leading youth in social justice programs. She was most recently accepted into the Clinton Global Initiative University 2020 for a project regarding women and the transportation of water in African countries.

Cat Lindroth
Managing Partner, CofounderCat is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Social Contract. She is primarily engaged in systems change efforts and business development. With skill sets in program design, strategic planning, design thinking and group facilitation, she helps grow movements that promote breakthrough change. She has expertise in the fields of collective impact, philanthropy, education, workforce development and trauma informed care.
Cat is passionate about transforming how communities finance social change efforts. Prior to Social Contract, Cat helped to launch Teach For America – Delaware. As Director of Community Impact, she founded the FirstGen Network and SummerCollab, a nationally recognized summer learning system.
Cat earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History at Yale University. A leader in education and youth agency, she serves as the Board Chair of nationally recognized non-profit organizations SummerCollab and DualSchool. Cat is also a Governor’s Appointed Commissioner to Delaware’s State Office Of Volunteerism.
Cat has received many accolades for her work. In 2017, she was voted one of Delaware’s most promising “40 under 40” leaders. In 2018 she was a recipient of the Roslyn Jaffe Award “every day hero” for her work at SummerCollab.

Brad Owens
Project ManagerAs a Project Manager with Social Contract, Brad focuses his work on initiatives related to workforce development, case management, behavioral health care, and reentry services.
Prior to his role at Social Contract, Brad served as the Director of Outreach and Engagement with Delaware Psychological Services (DPS): a behavioral health care provider with two clinic locations in Delaware. Prior to DPS, Brad served in various roles related to prison reentry, including a role as the Director of Reentry Planning Services for Connections, CSP, where he was responsible for managing over a dozen staff members providing reentry planning services in all of Delaware’s correctional facilities. Brad also has extensive experience implementing cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) programming, with over 1,000 hours of group facilitation and multiple certifications as a lead trainer. Other areas of expertise include: case management services, speciality court programs, staff training, death penalty reform, and youth mentorship.
Brad earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University in 2010 and a Law Degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2015. In 2016, Brad was awarded the Judge Haile L. Alford Excellence Award from the Delaware State Bar Association for his demonstrated leadership abilities, commitment to community service, and resilience in overcoming personal barriers. Brad was born and raised in Delaware and currently resides in Wilmington with his partner, Angela Wagner and daughter, Alivia.

Carling Ryan
Project DirectorCarling Ryan is Social Contract’s Project Director. Prior to coming to Social Contract, Carling worked for the State of Delaware in the Office of Women’s Advancement & Advocacy and the Delaware State Senate, developing policy, research, and providing constituent relations in a variety of capacities. Carling holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Spanish Studies from the University of Delaware, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
Carling is an Eastern Leadership Academy graduate and Henry Toll Fellow with the Council of State Governments. She also serves as a board member for St. Michael’s School and Nursery, a leader in early childhood education in Wilmington. Carling lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband, Phil DiMarino, and dogs, Stella and Fletcher.

Meghan Wallace
Managing Partner, CofounderMeghan grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and as the oldest of four sisters, she has 30 years experience working with bossy women leaders. She’s an alumnus of the University of Delaware where she worked as a victim advocate for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence and graduated with a degree in Women’s Studies and Political Science — and learned “the personal is political.” Meghan has worked as a legislative aide in the Delaware Legislature, a policy advisor to Governor Markell and as an advisor to the Secretary in the Delaware Department of Education. She’s currently flexing her entrepreneurial muscles and working to grow a start-up focused on collective impact to support social change work. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, Jarred Keena, and they live with their 4-year old son, and 9-year old daughter, in Wilmington, Delaware

Whitney Wideman
Project ManagerWhitney is a Project Manager with Social Contract specializing in the areas of business development, special projects and internal human resources. Whitney comes with a plethora of management and team leading experience with past experiences in long term care program management with a focus on Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. In this capacity she was able to expand her knowledge and impact, joining a nationwide committee to increase the quality of life of seniors and their families.
Whitney considers herself to be a lifelong learner and advocate for positive change, she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority Incorporated. Whitney graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Public Health from Temple University and a professional certification from University of Delaware. She is the mother of 1 child Kyle, whom she enjoys traveling the world with.
