Associate

As an Impact Associate at Social Contract, Grace has supported a range of social impact consulting projects related to improved reentry for justice-involved individuals, housing stability and sustainability, workforce development, and opioid remediation efforts. Grace’s passion lies in collaboration, working closely with her team and clients to craft impactful materials and tools tailored to the unique needs of each project. Through this work, Grace develops external deliverables, such as operations plans, project reports, research memos, and data and evaluation plans, aligning them with client objectives and community needs

Prior to working at Social Contract, Grace was a CEO Fellow at PreventEd, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing substance misuse through intervention, education, and advocacy. As a CEO Fellow, Grace provided guidance to PreventEd’s leadership team, leading a range of projects related to employee engagement, racial equity, and community engagement. While obtaining her MSW, Grace additionally worked as a Project Assistant at Morgan Graves Consultants, supporting nonprofit, education, and workforce development clients in developing strategic plans, facilitating team-building initiatives, conducting ecosystem research, and creating communications materials. 

Grace earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master of Social Work in Social Impact Leadership from Washington University in St. Louis. After living in St. Louis for six years, she returned to the East Coast and currently resides in the Philadelphia area.
