Kiersten advises clients on strategy creation and implementation, operational planning, capacity building, financial modeling, sustainable finance, and cross-sector collaboration. Prior to joining Social Contract, Kiersten was a Senior Innovation Specialist at the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative where she led twelve projects across the country seeking to design, launch, and sustainably finance preventive health programs that improve quality, equity, and outcomes. Kiersten also has experience working internationally with the United States Agency for International Development, where she structured a Development Impact Bond that used outcomes-based financing to obtain low-cost private capital for investment in healthcare services in India. 

Kiersten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Boston College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management. She lives with her partner and two children in Philadelphia, PA.
