Linda Schirmeister-Gess

Senior Impact Manager

Linda focuses on internal capacity building, facilitation, performance development, and improving project management systems. Prior to working at Social Contract, Linda was the Director of Programming at Strive: How You Lead Matters, where she designed and coordinated character driven leadership programming. Linda has facilitated over 2,000 hours of community engagement groups, conversations, and events over the last decade with hundreds of clients, including those from government, professional sports, community-based organizations, school districts, and youth development programs. Linda has also researched, developed and implemented  multiple social and emotional learning curriculum that focus on youth engagement and development. 

Linda has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Slippery Rock University and a master’s degree in Recreational Sport Science with a focus on Coaching from Ohio University.  Linda lives in Wilmington DE with her Husband Michael and Daughter Addison, she is an avid Chelsea FC fan and ambitious triathlete .
