Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Meghan Wallace is a Managing Partner and co-founder at Social Contract. Prior to this, Meghan worked in multiple roles in state government at the legislative, agency, and executive office levels in Delaware. Throughout her career, Meghan has held a reputation as a problem-solver who knows how to work successfully with diverse stakeholders around topics that can be both emotional and controversial. She has broad experience working with state agencies and diverse sector leaders to advance policy, program, partnership, and project interests.
Meghan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies from the University of Delaware. She studied Special Education from 2011 to 2012 with the Education Master’s Program at George Mason University. She lives in Wilmington, Delaware, with her husband and children, and a clan of dogs, cats, fish, toads, and other creatures.
