Nick Jenner

General Counsel

Nick serves as general counsel at Social Contract.  In this role, he utilizes his experience representing scores of businesses and individuals to help Social Contract continue to grow.  In addition, Nick supports clients with special projects.  Throughout his career, Nick has honed his skills resolving complex problems, often involving conflicting stakeholder interests and limited resources.  

Before coming to Social Contract, Nick worked as an associate for Landis Rath & Cobb LLP, a Wilmington, Delaware, based boutique law firm focused on commercial bankruptcy, corporate restructuring and business litigation.  While there, Nick provided legal advice and services to national, international and local clients in and out of federal and state courts.  LRC is consistently nationally ranked by Chambers USA and listed among “Best Law Firms” by U.S. News.  In 2023 and 2024, Nick was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.  Among other unique experiences prior to working as an attorney, Nick served as staff assistant and driver to Delaware’s senior U.S. Senator, Thomas R. Carper, regularly accompanying the senator in both Delaware and Washington D.C.  

Nick graduated magna cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School. Nick serves on the Widener University Delaware Law School Board of Advisors and is a mentor to current students and recent graduates.  Nick is a member of the Executive Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association.  Nick also holds a B.S. in Exercise Science – Physiology from the University of Delaware.  

Nick enjoys adventures with his two dogs, working on cars and house projects, food with friends and family and time at the beach.
