Rachael Romond

Associate

Rachael Romond provides support to a variety of projects related to health and social services, workforce development, and youth. She is  a part-time associate with Social Contract. In her full time role Rachael is a program manager for a leadership development program focused on social justice and equity. 

Rachael received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Delaware. She was awarded the Barry R. Morstain M.P.A. Mid-Career Prize for demonstrating the value of academic excellence and a commitment to public service and diversity. She resides in Wilmington, DE with her wife and their pup. She enjoys trying new restaurants, solving crossword puzzles, and spending time in the water.
