Tom Peters

Vice President of Operations and Talent Development

Tom brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in employee learning and development, HR technology, and business operations. He has leadership experience in large organizations, including serving as the Vice President of Digital Learning Design at JPMorgan Chase and Director of Learning Operations & Technology at Christiana Care. He’s also adept at scaling programming for emerging organizations having previously served as the Vice President, Learning & Development at HealthComp. Tom’s deep experience in talent development and operations will be instrumental in supporting Social Contract’s growth. 

Tom has a B.A in Political Science from Marist College and was the first person to earn an M.A in Instructional Technology from Western Connecticut State University. He lives in Middletown, Delaware with his wife Erin, and his three children, Aryanna, Logan, and Callyn. 

When Tom isn’t working you can usually find him involved in interscholastic and youth athletics. He is an IAABO certified high school basketball referee. He also coaches his son’s travel baseball team, the Diamond State Wolfpack and serves as the Executive Vice-President for M.O.T. Little League and as an Assistant District Administrator for Delaware District 1 Little League,
