Fran Ellis

Social Impact Associate

Fran supports social services, incubator, and workforce development projects. Prior to this role, Fran was an Executive Program Manager for JPMorgan Chase.

Fran led the Finance Analyst Development Program in Delaware for three years before joining JPMorgan’s training center of excellence, Leadership Edge in 2019. There, she led the Accelerate program, a nomination-based leadership training program in New York City, for top Executive Directors globally.

Fran graduated from the University of Delaware with her bachelor’s degree in professional communications. Fran resides in Milton, Delaware with her husband Vin and two rescue dogs, Lyla and Addie.
