Molly Magarik

VP Strategic Growth + Partnerships

Molly Magarik is the Vice President of Strategic Growth and Partnerships at Social Contract, where she will focus on successful market entry and expansion for Social Contract. Prior to this role, Molly served in Delaware Governor John Carney’s administration, first as the Deputy Cabinet Secretary and then the Cabinet Secretary for the Department of Health and Social Services, a role she held during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Molly graduated from Dartmouth College with a Masters of Science in Health Care Delivery, as well as University of Delaware with degrees in Political Science and Women’s Studies.. She currently lives in Middletown, DE with her husband, twin daughters, and dog, Emme.  She loves being outdoors, especially by water, as well as reading, hiking, and meditation/mindfulness. She became certified in Immersive Meditation Facilitation in December of 2023.
